Mayday ParadeMayday Parade isa rock band from Tallahassee, Florida. Mayday Parade resulted from the merger of two popular Tallahassee local bands, Kid Named Chicago and Defining Moment, which helped the newly minted melodic rock unit amass a quick buzz around its hometown scene upon forming in the mid-2000s.Their EP Tales Told by Dead Friends sold over 20,000 copies without support. On July 10, 2007, Mayday Parade released their debut album A Lesson in Romantics on Fearless Records, to which they are currently signed.
